How to design your house plan?

The first things to consider when you decide to design your new home plan, of course the site location of your new home already exists, so you should take into consideration the existence of the building materials close to the location of your new home to minimize the cost of charges for the materials, the number of your family members including the expected guests, weather and climate conditions of the area.

So you want a home plan that provides you with comfort, modern convenience, economic in materials and labor costs, in addition to that the interior and exterior attractiveness should be achieved in the design, so it is not that kind of simple business to try to build from a plan that you sort of guess, that will be bad judgment and it will cost you extra money to finish the interior and exterior of your home, so don’t make this mistake to have your home plan designed from outside in, but it should be from inside out. Study your room arrangements, there sizes, the stairs location, windows shapes and locations, so you have to make sure that the plan is basically right to serve your needs.

The best home plan is designed to achieve this point of view. It should provide comfort for all the members of your family, convenience and modern equipments. In general the external appearance of your home should start from the interior design and room arrangement and the special need of your family which should be the best basic way to go about home plan design.

Don’t let yourself be affected too much with decorations and overall style. To have good appearance and beauty in the placing of structural features like the roof, chimney, doors, windows, shutters, porches, if the garage is part of the structure etc., all these criteria will decide what style will end up with. And always remember that appearance often deceive you, which mean that good appearance does not mean good function and satisfaction when it is completed. So you may expend a lot of money for good outside appearance home plans and the final result may be a home you are not comfort with, so always be aware to have your home plans to be designed in by a specialist home plan designer.
